Like many/most, pandemic life orbits around eating. As days of state-mandated separation become years, comfort food is a low-hourly rate therapist. My kitchen is now a lab for homemade sauerkraut, waffled burritos and nitrous-cocktail-onion-infused Gibsons (4 The Queen’s Gambit, obvi).

So I’ve developed a porn habit. Guessing you have too. Devouring untold bytes of digital culinary content. Especially to fill that deep daily intermittent fasting void. But meals are meant to be shared, right? So if you’re feeling peckish, here are some food-themed HelluvaNotes for you to chew on.
